Main House
Master Bedroom
1- King Bed / Private Master Bath / Second Floor
The master bedroom has an attached master bath with jetted tub and dual shower head shower. It also has an adjacent large shared living room with an amazing river view.
The main house was built in 1900 and has a hint of old Florida décor and is closest to the river. The master kitchen, another ½ bathroom and three living rooms are on the main floor. All bedroom spaces upstairs and the second floor has own large sitting living room with ample views of the river.

Black & White room
1- King Bed / Private Master Bath / Second Floor
The Black and White room has a queen bed, and a private attached bathroom with a claw foot tub and single large shower. It also has a private balcony entrance and outside stairs to the deck, dock and river.

Blue Room
1- King Bed / Private Master Bath / Second Floor
The Blue Room has a full bathroom just outside of the bedroom door and it has with large shower. This room also has a door to a balcony and outside stairs that lead to the deck, dock and river.

Tower Room
1-Full & 1-Trundle Bed / Nearby full bath / Second Floor
The Tower Room has a Full bed, and a trundle day bed. It is on the 3rd floor with a wonderful panoramic view of the river.
Cottage House
The Cottage Room
1- King Bed / Suite Bath & Toilet room / Ground floor
The Cottage is a very charming studio style house is just behind the beach house. It is all on ground level and it has 1 Queen bed, and claw-foot tub and a private toilet room.
Carriage House
Carriage House Main
1- King Bed / Private Master Bath / Second Floor
The Main room is on the second floor and has a queen bed, and a shared bathroom just outside the bedroom door.
The Carriage house was part of the original homestead and also built in 1900. It has two bedrooms and a living room upstairs, with a full kitchen on the first floor.

Trundle Room
2- Twin trundle bed / Close shard full bath / Second Floor
The trundle room is on the second floor and has a twin bed, with a trundle pullout twin bed underneath, and a shared bathroom just down from the bedroom door..
Beach House
Peach Room
1- Queen Bed / Close shared Full Bath / Second Floor
We call this “Beach house” only because of its open airy beach style (the entire property is on the Indian River). The living space, efficiency kitchen and all bedrooms are on the second floor. There is also a full size bathroom on the ground floor for overflow and pool use. The ground floor of this house is a 8 Car garage bay with ample room for family events and children’s play on rainy days. It has a buffet food serving room attached adjacent to the pool.
Seafoam Room
Beach House
2- Twin beds / Close by shared bathroom / Second Floor
The Seafoam room has two twin beds ideal for the kids. There is a shared full bathroom just down the hall. The kids will also enjoy our "pirate room" which is a finished attic space to play and lounge.
Also, the ground floor of the Beach House is a 8 Car garage bay with ample room for family events and children’s play on rainy days.

Blue Room
1- Queen Bed / Close by shared full Bath / Second Floor
The Blue room has a queen bed and a shared full bathroom, with a full shower, just down the hall.
The Beach House also has a full bathroom on the ground floor for use when you enjoy the pool. There is also a buffet serving room that is adjacent to the pool and ideal for the family pool lunch.
